RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES



  • Actively seeking new customers through various methods like emailing and cold calling.
  • Verify accuracy in all sales quotations, ensuring correctness in proposed equipment, pricing, and commercial terms before sending to customers.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve all customer complaints promptly and professionally.
