JOB TITTLE: OFFICE COORDINATOR

JOB OVERVIEW:

As our office coordinator, you will be a key player in maintaining seamless operations and fostering effective communication between our office and external customers. You will support the supervisor in running the day-to-day operations of the company. This will include preparing sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, maintaining equipment stock, paying bills and running ad hoc tasks for the office. If you don't like routine tasks, this is the perfect job for you.


QUALITIES & EDUCATION:



  1. Only Thai Nationals should apply.
  2. Diploma/bachelor's degree in business or business-related fields.
  3. Must be able to speak English
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe (form creation, stamping, filling, signing, commenting).
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
  6. Proactive team player and fast learner
  7. Flexibility, adaptability in dynamic environments, and thriving under pressure.
  8. Positive "Can do" attitude.



RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES



  • Manage petty cash and coordinate with the accounting company.
  • Executing sales order: Quotation, customer follow up, invoicing, billing etc.
  • Updating Marketing material: website, Line official etc.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party to maintain office operations: e.g.: I.T. Consultant, Internet provider, and related services.
  • Handle other assigned tasks as needed.
