Product Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Genesis warrants for parts to the original purchaser only, that any original part found to be defective in material or workmanship will be replaced with a new part at Genesiss option, subject to provisions hereinafter stated.

EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not apply to:



• Equipment used under conditions of misconduct, abuse, carelessness or exposed to corrosive environments or harsh chemicals.
• Normal wear and tear and / or gradual deterioration.
• Replacement of consumables wear and tear which include, but not limited to power switches, power cords, knobs, handles, gaskets, air filters and/or the replacement of glass due to damage of any kind.
• Equipment damage caused by accident, shipping, construction site environments, and improper installations.
• Equipment damage caused by modifications made in any manner from original model, substitutions of parts other than genuine Genesis parts, services performed by unauthorized service companies, unauthorized removal of any parts including legs, or unauthorized addition of any parts.
• Equipment damage caused by use of harsh cleaning chemicals including but not limited to damage due to chlorine or other harmful chemicals.
• If the equipment is used in a manner that exceeds its design envelope or, in location not consistent with the installation manual.
• Equipment where the original serial number has been removed, altered or cannot be readily determined.
• Equipment damage caused by external factors such as but not limited to accidental damage, spikes, fire, flooding, or acts of God.
• Equipment damaged caused by insufficient or abnormal capacity of the electrical, water, gas suppliers.
• Any losses or damages resulting from malfunction, including but not limited to loss of food product, revenue, claims of buyers customers, cost of substitute equipment, lost profits, lost sales, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Warranty commences one (1) year from the date of installation of the equipment or fifteen (15) months from the delivery date, which occurs first.

CONCLUDING REMARKS

• The agents, dealers, or employees of Genesis are not authorized to make modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties that are binding on Genesis.
• Any parts repaired or replaced under warranty are warranted only for the balance of the warranty period on the part that was repaired or replaced.
